Shipping Policy

1. Overview Product shipping refers to the physical goods delivered after you place an order, including processing, packing, shipping, and delivery. Uno Pick Outdoor is committed to ensuring that every customer enjoys a smooth and positive experience — this is our top priority.

2. Before Placing an Order Please check the following before placing your order:

  • Space Compatibility: Confirm that the product dimensions suit your intended space.
  • Access Points: Ensure doorways, stairways, and lifts can accommodate the items for safe and timely delivery.

3. Pick-Ups (Self Collection)

  • Proof of Purchase: Required when collecting items.
  • Pickup Fees: No shipping fees apply for self-pickup.
  • Appointment Required: Contact us to schedule collection. We typically confirm within 1 business day.
  • Important Notes:
    • Due to OH&S regulations, staff cannot carry items beyond our warehouse/showroom.
    • Once collected, we are not liable for any damage (e.g. scratches or dents).
    • Please inspect goods before signing. Post-signature claims will not be accepted.
    • Check product and box dimensions in advance to ensure they fit in your vehicle.

4. Delivery

4.1 Pre-Order Items Estimated delivery dates for pre-order items are indicative only and may change due to unforeseen production or shipping delays.

4.2 Shipping Fees

  • Melbourne Metro:
    • Metro Area: $99
    • Greater Melbourne: $199
    • Optional Services:
      • Assembly: $59
      • Packaging Removal: $39
      • Extra Heavy Items: +$40
  • Outside Melbourne / Interstate:
    • Australia-wide delivery is available.
    • Shipping costs are calculated based on address and order dimensions.
    • If your area is not eligible for automatic calculation, we will provide a custom quote.
    • Standard delivery excludes unloading or indoor placement (see Section 4.4).

4.3 Out of Stock Delivery depends on stock availability. We’ll contact you to confirm dispatch times. Custom orders may require extended lead times.

4.4 Deliveries Outside Melbourne

  • Fulfilled by third-party freight carriers.
  • Curbside Delivery Only: Driver will deliver to the closest accessible point.
  • No Unloading/Assembly: Customers must arrange help for moving items indoors.
  • Timing: Delivery generally takes 5–14 business days. Tracking is provided upon dispatch.
  • Remote Areas: May incur surcharges or extended timeframes.
  • Responsibility: Once dispatched, we are not liable for delays or handling issues. Ensure someone is available to receive the goods.

4.5 Delivery Timeframes

  • In-stock items typically ship within 5 business days.
  • Holiday or peak periods (Nov–Jan) may cause delays.
  • Pre-order items will ship together when all stock arrives. Contact us if you prefer separate deliveries (fees apply).
  • If access is misrepresented, disassembly or redelivery fees may apply.
  • Delays beyond our control do not warrant compensation. We may offer re-delivery or store credit up to the order value.

4.6 Split Deliveries To minimise freight costs, multiple items will be shipped together unless otherwise requested. Additional delivery fees apply for separate shipments.

4.7 Delivery Address Requirements

  • Inform us of access restrictions (e.g. stairs, height limits) in advance.
  • Delivery must be made to a safe, accessible location.
  • Missed deliveries will incur re-delivery charges.
  • An adult (18+) must be present to sign upon delivery.
  • Provide floor protection if on-site assembly is required. We are not liable for any flooring damage.
  • For heavy items, our team reserves the right to determine the safest delivery method. You may be contacted to arrange alternatives.
  • Bulky items will be placed in a safe outdoor area; you are responsible for final positioning.

4.8 Failed Deliveries & Cancellations If delivery is unsuccessful due to customer fault, a 20% cancellation fee applies. Items must be returned to our warehouse.

4.9 Order Retention We can hold your order for up to 3 months. Let us know your preferred delivery timing, and we will arrange it accordingly.

5. Third-Party Delivery & Insurance Deliveries outside Melbourne are handled by third-party freight carriers. Once dispatched, Uno Pick Outdoor is not responsible for:

  • Delays
  • Damage
  • Non-delivery

Transit insurance is not included by default. We strongly recommend arranging insurance directly with the freight provider.

Inspect all items immediately on arrival. Report issues within 24 hours to both the carrier and Uno Pick Outdoor, supported by clear photos.

6. Important Notes

6.1 No Balcony/Window Delivery: We do not deliver via balconies, windows, or similar access points.

6.2 Damage During Delivery:

  • Products are inspected and securely packed before dispatch.
  • Report any item or property damage to the driver and store immediately.
  • Claims must be supported by photos and filed promptly.

6.3 PO Boxes: We do not deliver to PO Box addresses. Please provide a valid street address, including your business name if applicable.

6.4 Incorrect or Missing Items:

  • Notify us immediately if you receive incorrect products or parts.
  • Include a description and part numbers where possible.
  • Replacements are subject to stock availability.

6.5 Packaging Materials: All items are packaged in reinforced cardboard and protective materials to ensure safe transport.
