Shipping Policy

Overview
Product shipping refers to the physical goods delivered to you after placing an order. This includes order processing, picking and packing, shipping, and delivery. Uno Pick Outdoor is committed to ensuring that every customer has a positive experience with every purchase, which is crucial to us.

Things to Check Before Ordering
Before placing your order, please ensure that:

  1. Space Compatibility:
    Check the dimensions to ensure that the new items will fit properly in your intended space.
  2. Access Considerations:
    Ensure that the space around doorways, stairways, and other entry points (including elevators) is large enough to allow the items to be delivered safely and on time.

Pick-Ups (Self-Pickup):

  1. Proof of Purchase
    You must present proof of purchase when picking up your items.

  2. Pickup Fees
    No additional shipping fees are required when you choose to pick up from the store instead of having items delivered.

  3. Pickup Date
    If you wish to pick up your items, please contact us to schedule an appointment. We will notify you of the specific pickup date, typically within 1 business day. Please refer to the actual notification for the exact date.

  4. Important Notes

  • Occupational health and safety laws and requirements prevent our staff from carrying furniture outside of our warehouse and showroom. You are responsible for ensuring you have the capability to transport the items from our warehouse or showroom to your vehicle.
  • Once you take ownership of the goods and pick them up from us, we will not accept any claims related to scratches, dents, marks, color fading, or any other damages.
  • When receiving the goods, you must inspect them thoroughly before signing to confirm that the items are in good condition. If you sign that the goods are in good condition, any claims for defects will not be accepted.
  • The size of the products and packaging boxes is listed on each product page. We recommend measuring your vehicle space in advance to see if the item will fit. Generally, the width of the door should be greater than the height of the box.

Delivery:

  1. Pre-Order Products
    Please note that the estimated delivery date for pre-order items is only an estimate and may change due to unforeseen circumstances such as production or shipping delays. The estimated delivery date will typically be provided on the product page.
  2. Shipping Fees
    a. Standard Delivery Area
    Shipping fees are calculated based on the postal code you provide during checkout and are added to your order.
    Furniture assembly and packaging recycling are optional services that incur additional charges. Please inform us when booking the delivery if needed.
    Please note that our shipping prices are based on the assumption that your home is in an easily accessible area. After we receive your order, we will contact you to confirm and provide additional details and information regarding the delivery.
    b. Outside Standard Areas
    If the order is being delivered to remote or less populated areas outside our standard service zone, additional shipping fees will apply.
    If your postal code does not provide delivery options, please contact us for a quote.

c. Shipping Options and Fees:

  • Melbourne metro area:$99
  • Greater Melbourne:$199
  • For areas outside the Greater Melbourne region in Victoria, please contact us for shipping cost inquiries.

3. Out of Stock
The delivery date of the products depends on when they are available for shipment. We will contact you to discuss the expected delivery time. However, please note that this delivery time may vary due to custom orders or special requirements, which may sometimes cause delays in shipment.

4. Delivery Date
Due to stock availability, items may not be shipped immediately.
In-stock products are typically shipped within five (5) business days after placing your order. For urgent deliveries during holidays, please contact us. Please note that these delivery times are for reference, and delivery may change during peak shipping seasons (November to January). Occasionally, delivery may be delayed, or may not meet the estimated delivery date. If the delay is due to reasons beyond our control, we are not responsible for any consequences.
If your order includes pre-ordered items, we will consolidate all products and ship them once everything is in stock. If you prefer to receive in-stock items separately, please contact us.
Some furniture items are custom-made to your specifications and may not be in stock, requiring special orders.
All pre-order dates are for reference only and cannot be guaranteed.
You will be informed of the estimated delivery date when placing your order, and we will contact you in case of any delays.
We will make every effort to meet the estimated delivery date; however, if for any reason we cannot meet the expected delivery date, our liability will be limited to either resupplying the product at a later time or issuing store credit for up to the purchase price.
If your goods need to be disassembled due to incorrect information provided by you, an additional charge will be incurred, and you will bear the cost.

5. Different Shipment Dates for Items
If your order contains multiple items, we typically wait until all items are in stock before shipping to ensure that you only pay for one shipping charge and receive all items at the same time. You can choose to receive in-stock products earlier, but additional delivery charges will apply.

6. Delivery Address Requirements
You are responsible for paying all delivery fees, including any additional charges resulting from difficult delivery access, and must ensure that you provide the correct delivery address details. If there are accessibility issues (such as stairs, narrow passageways, ceiling heights, elevator dimensions, or doorways), please notify us in advance.
Our shipping fees are based on the information you provide.
You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address has sufficient space to accommodate the items and allow for smooth delivery. If delivery is not possible, a collection notice will be left, and you will be responsible for picking up the items at the specified address.
A responsible adult (18 years or older) must be available at the provided delivery address to sign for the goods. If no one is available to sign, the items will be returned to the store, and you will be charged for the return and re-delivery fees.

You must ensure that there is a clear and safe path to deliver the purchased items, and there must be enough protection for the floor as assembly will be done on-site. If you fail to adequately cover the assembly area or delivery path, we will not be held liable. Our delivery team is required to wear protective footwear due to occupational health and safety policies.

Additionally, please note that for safety reasons, our logistics team reserves the right to decide how to deliver large or heavy items through stairs or narrow passages. In such cases, we may discuss alternative arrangements with you to ensure safe and successful delivery.

Once the items are delivered to your premises, large or heavy items may be left in a safe area designated by you. You will be responsible for arranging the transportation of the items to the desired location at your own expense, ensuring that all relevant parties can complete the process smoothly and conveniently.

7. Cancellation
If delivery is not possible, a 20% cancellation fee will be charged, and the goods must be returned to our warehouse.

8. Order Retention
If you do not require immediate delivery but wish to reserve the order for a longer period before shipping, please notify us as soon as possible. We can hold your order for up to three (3) months.
If you choose to retain the order, we will store it safely until you are ready for delivery. When you are ready, simply let us know, and we will arrange delivery at a convenient time for you.

9. Third-Party Delivery and Insurance

  • Insurance is not included as part of your order. We strongly recommend that you arrange for shipping insurance (including insurance through your chosen delivery contractor) as once goods are shipped from our warehouse or showroom, we are not responsible for any shipping damages caused by you or a third-party delivery contractor.
  • Carrier Delivery: When you select a third-party delivery contractor, these terms apply. Once the goods are dispatched from our warehouse or showroom, we are not liable for any delivery failure, delays, or shipping damages caused by the third-party delivery contractor.

10. Important Notes
Under no circumstances can we deliver goods via balcony railings or windows.

11. Damages During Delivery
Each of our products is inspected by our quality control team before packaging to ensure that any issues are identified at the factory rather than upon receipt of the order. Additionally, all products are extensively packed to protect them from damage during transit.
Any damage during delivery must be immediately reported to the driver and the store. Our management team will follow up on the report.
Any damage to customer property must be reported to the driver and the store, accompanied by photographic evidence to support the damage, and a claim must be filed.

12. PO Box Addresses:
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses. Please ensure that you provide a valid street address (including your business name for business deliveries) when filling out the delivery details.

13. Incorrect Items or Missing Parts:
While we strive to provide the highest quality products and services, we understand that issues may arise. If you receive products missing parts or incorrect items, please report the issue and provide descriptions and part numbers (if applicable) from the manual. We will take immediate action to resolve the issue and arrange for replacements as soon as possible. However, please note that the delivery time for incorrect items may be affected by stock availability.

14. Packaging Materials
All your items are securely packaged in reinforced cardboard boxes and polystyrene packaging to ensure safety during transport.
