Warranty Policy:

Thank you for purchasing from Uno Pick Outdoor! To ensure you have the best experience, we provide the following warranty policy: 

 

Warranty Conditions: 

The warranty covers the replacement or repair of any products that are assessed to have manufacturing or material defects. Exceptions apply, as outlined below.

Our warranty only covers structural damage to furniture. 

The warranty only covers the repair or replacement of parts affected by the defect.

Products must not have undergone unauthorized repairs or modifications.

Please provide a valid proof of purchase (invoice) so we can verify your purchase record based on relevant information.

 

Warranty Period: 

The warranty period starts from the date of purchase. It varies depending on the material of the product, as detailed below: 

- Aluminum Frames: 5 years 

- HPL : 5 years, covering cracking or similar issues. 

- Umbrella Mechanical Structure: 3 years 

- Umbrella Canopy Fabric: 5 years 

- Fabrics and Cushions : 3 years, covering fading and unraveling.

- Rope:  3 years, covering fading and unraveling.

- Hardwood (teak) : 3 years 

- Ceramic : 3 years 

- Marble : 5 years 

 

Exclusions to Warranty: 

This clause or anything in this agreement is not intended to exclude or limit any rights you may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) ("Australian Consumer Law").

  1. Damage caused by natural disasters, such as floods, earthquakes, floods, and hurricanes.
  2. Damage caused by pests or insects.
  3. Damage caused by exposure to harsh chemicals or substances.
  4. Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications to the product.
  5. Damage caused by improper installation or assembly.
  6. Damage caused by exposure to excessive moisture or dampness.
  7. Damage caused by failure to follow safety instructions or warnings included with the product.
  8. Damage caused intentionally or through deliberate misuse.
  9. Damage caused by transportation or shipping, unless the product was shipped directly by Uno Pick Outdoor, and the damage occurred during transit.
  10. Scratches caused by use on plastic.
  11. Scratches caused by use on wicker.
  12. Scratches caused by use on rope.
  13. Scratches caused by use on aluminum.
  14. For marble: Effects due to the natural characteristics of the material, such as slight staining and discoloration.
  15. For wood: Effects due to the natural characteristics of the material, such as minor cracking, slight warping, and discoloration.
  16. For steel: Rust from condensation, etc., on the inside.
  17. For fabric: Shrinkage of less than 3 millimeters per meter, improper washing, slight discoloration, wear due to use, and reduction in filling capacity and thickness over time.
  18. For ceramic: Cracking or breakage caused by sudden temperature changes (e.g., rapid cooling or heating).

 

Amendments to Terms and Conditions:

Uno Pick Outdoor reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without notice.
